LOST 2 KGS!

Ok, so first of all................................. I NOW WEIGH 89 KGS!!! I've been consistant with both my hour of cardiovascular exercise, my thrice a week weights sessions and my healthy new lifestyle full of healthy food. I am exactly where I set my goal about 2 weeks ago for today exactly to be. I wanted to reach 89 kgs.

My next goal will be by tuesday the 9th December, when I will weigh 87 kgs or less. I haven't really had any troubles eating and drinking healthily. I've just been using the knowledge I have, to perhaps the best advantage I have ever used them for.

To successfully lose weight, you need to consistantly do at LEAST half an hour cardio, or an hour every day, and use your brain to work out healthy options and portion sizes. I went out to a resturant, and I ended up giving half my steak and veges to him, because the meat alone was the size of a small plate.

Thats all I've got time for right now, but I will keep posting, and next time I'm on ill put up the photos of me from last week. then In another 2 weeks I'll put up 2 new ones showing my improvements.

At The Beginning

Hey guys,

This is Miss K's new blog. This is going to be a Diary of my weight loss journey. I hope that as I continue my journey I can help inspire others around me.

First of all I should explain my situation. I am a fully qualified personal trainer who has just gotten back into the industry and during my absence a fair bit of weight found a new home on my hips, thighs and stomach. Actually 30kgs worth of fat magically attatched itself to me(ok so eating bad food and not exercising... not so magic :S). The point is... I now weigh... *deep breath*

...91 kgs or about 200 pounds if you're american.(This is the first time I have openly admitted how much I weigh... truthfully) I started doing an hour of cardiovascular excercise every single day about 3 weeks ago. I started off at 93kgs so i have lost 2 since I began, and toned up a fair bit.

I'm on my way, and suddenly feel the need to share this with someone(or everyone who wants to read) So My plan is to set a series of goals for myself on here and report daily or so how I am going.

Today I got up early because I was donating blood, and you cant exercise after you donate blood. I was running late so I only did 45 mins on the bike(at the gym). I was however on levels 2 -5 and kept a steady 100rpm(revolutions per minute-thats nearly 2 rotations per second...but not quite) and hey, I worked up a sweat.

I drank more water then usual(because of the blood thing) and after i finished I had a grilled chicken sandwich and a banana. at the doner clinic I had some pineapple juice, and then for lunch I had turkey and salad sandwich and a diet coke.

So far so good. Since I began I find I have all the energy I used to, i fall into bed at night and go to sleep, and I'm never really bloated or sick feeling anymore. I forgot how good being healthy feels! I am attatching a photo of myself for comparison and I will do so every 4 weeks... STAY TUNED PEOPLES :)

PS. First goal= Fit into my old size 14(I'm a size 16 australian right now, I will get back down to size 10-12, and weigh 60 kgs-130pounds Before September Next Year) jeans by Australia day(or sooner) with no muffin top!! (muffin top=exactly what it sounds like, a huge bulge of fat hangingover your pants)
